Glow-in-the-dark fabric paint and brush Black shirt Coat hanger Black pants Black hat Small foam ball
Instructions: Paint numbers and other buttons to resemble a cell phone key pad on the shirt. Untwist the coat hanger, and wrap it around the outside of the hat for the antenna.
