Slowly the “Its” will start to disappear and the hiding place will become more and more cramped with hiders. Now you know why the game is called Sardines! The game ends when the last of the “Its” finds the “sardines.” By this point the last “It” will most likely just have to follow the sounds of giggles and squeals. It’s not easy to keep quiet when you’re all squished, uncomfortably, together. The first “It” to find the hider gets to be the first hider in the next round.
